Legal Assistance for Military Personnel (LAMP)
South Carolina attorneys have volunteered to provide free or reduced fee legal services to active military personnel in the following practice areas:
Consumer Law
Criminal Law
Family Law
Personal Injury Law
Probate Law
Real Estate Law
To request assistance through the LAMP Program please submit the following:
- Name
- A brief summary of the issue with which you need assistance (including the South Carolina county)
- Your contact information
Please note that this program serves active military personnel and in some circumstances their immediate family members. If you are not active duty military, please review our pro bono and Find a Lawyer resources.
