Property Taxes and Fee-in-Lieu of Property Taxes:
This in-depth discussion of the property tax system and the exemptions it affords will be covered along with the availability and applicability of the fee-in-lieu system-the primary vehicle for rewarding capital formation in the property tax area.
Municipal License Tax:
Jennifer W. Davis will present an update on the municipal business license tax.
Economic Tax Incentives:
The various tax credits which are available to business which increase jobs and investment will be discussed including jobs tax credits, jobs development credits, economic impact zone credits, corporate headquarters credits along with less familiar and easy to miss credit opportunities.
