About the Seminar
The Legal Ethics and Practice Program (LEAPP) is a collaborative effort between the Office of Disciplinary Counsel and the Professional Responsibility Committee of the South Carolina Bar. LEAPP is a one-day program that is held three times each year, in February, June, and October. LEAPP is not a typical CLE seminar, although CLE credit is available. It is an intensive, comprehensive workshop on practice management issues and ethical compliance in a classroom setting is limited to twenty four participants.
LEAPP incorporates innovative and interactive teaching methods and requires group participation in class discussions and problem solving. The faculty includes knowledgeable and experienced members of the Bar who deal with various aspects of attorney discipline cases and ethics matters.
Mandatory CLE (MCLE) Credit Hours
and Legal Ethics & Professional Responsibility (LEPR) Credit Hours
6.25 MCLE credit hours, including up to 2.0 LEPR credit hours.
