The South Carolina Bar-CLE Division and West, a Thomson Business, with special thanks to Ford Douglass and Brian Douglass, are excited to co-sponsor our 2008 Sporting Clays/Skeet Shoot CLE!  This special program, scheduled for Thursday, October 30, offers South Carolina Bar shooting and hunting enthusiasts the unique opportunity to enjoy a fabulous shooting experience at the beautiful and conveniently-located Live Oak Club, Swansea , SC , and get an hour of ethics credit.

For only $135.00, registrants will get a Dagwood homemade sandwich for lunch, an hour of LEPR/MCLE, 100 shots/rounds of sporting clays/skeet/5 stand, and a delicious Beaufort Stew following the shoot!  This program is for experienced and inexperienced shooters and will be strictly supervised for a safe and enjoyable afternoon.  Safety will be paramount and each participant will be expected to follow all rules of gun safety and courtesy.  Each hunter will be responsible to bring his or her own supply of shells, ear protection and shooting glasses.  The shoot will be organized to maximize each participant s opportunity to have a great time of fun, food, fellowship, and benefit from an exciting and informative ethics CLE seminar.

Barron s Outfitters in Columbia will have Beretta and other fine shotguns on display, some for shooting trials, Filson clothing and accessories, quality shooting glasses, ammunition, and event discounts.
