The Young Lawyer Division will host a Lunch and Learn series during 2013-14 year. Our second installment, “Ethics in Discovery” will be held on Monday, October 28 from 12:30pm-1:30pm at the Capital City Club (1201 Main Street, 25th floor). Our featured speaker is Mr. Michael Virzi, professor at the University of South Carolina School of Law. Prior to joining the USC School of Law faculty, Professor Virzi served as Assistant Disciplinary Counsel at the S.C. Supreme Court’s Office of the Disciplinary Counsel. He will be focusing his discussion on how young lawyers can recognize and avoid ethical issues during the discovery phase of litigation.
