About the Seminar
This program qualifies for 6.25 MCLE credit hours, including up to 1.0 hour of LEPR.
This live seminar, now in its 10th year, has been accredited in over 25 states. Presenter Carl Grant has a Washington Teaching Certificate and is certified to teach Speech, Philosophy and English. He has an extensive background in logic and debate. Currently he is a full-time speaker and seminar leader.

2) A review of some of the requirements for accurate and truthful communication to the judge, opposing counsel and the client
3) A discussion of the way in which the mode of presentation and delivery affect accuracy
4) An argument for Natural Law ethics, as opposed to a relativistic view of ethics
