About the Seminar 

This program qualifies for 4.0 MCLE credit hours, including 4.0 LEPR credit hours and 1.0 SA/MH credit hour

The Legal Ethics and Practice Program (LEAPP) is a collaborative effort between the Office of Disciplinary Counsel to the Supreme Court of South Carolina and the Professional Responsibility Committee and CLE Division of the South Carolina Bar. LEAPP is a four-part program that is held two times each year, in February and September. LEAPP Law Office Management School is a half-day program (3 hours) that addresses a variety of issues that arise in the practice of law that can lead to ethical dilemmas, including case management, attorney/client relations, communication, diligence, marketing, employee supervision, succession planning, and stress management. It is a comprehensive workshop on practice management solutions and ethical compliance.

Cancellation & Refund Policy: Refunds, less $25 administrative processing fee, will be made for cancellations received in writing to CLE Registrar at registrar@scbar.org by 5 p.m., one week prior to the seminar. Cancellations will not be accepted within one week of seminar date. One-time transfers to seminars of like value will be accepted for a $25 administrative fee in lieu of cancellations within one week of seminar. Designated substitutes may take the place of registrants unable to attend.
