Non-Members of Real Estate Section: $445
Registration received after Friday, June 27 subject to a late fee of $50

Cancellation & Refund Policy: Refunds, less $50.00 administrative processing fee, will be made for cancellations received in writing to SC Bar-CLE Division at registrar@scbar.org by no later than 5 pm one week prior (July 3rd) to the seminar. If you register but do not cancel by 5 pm one week before or register but do not attend, you will receive the course materials in consideration of payment. Designated substitutes may take the place of registrants unable to attend.

Hotel Information
Room Reservations: A block of villas has been reserved at Kiawah Island Resort’s East and West Beaches.  The program will be held at Turtle Point Clubhouse at East Beach.  East Beach one-bedroom scenic villas are $286.00 per night and West Beach one-bedroom scenic villas are $255.00 per night (the rates include on island transportation).  For reservations, call 800-654-2924 and ask for Villa Reservations and, mention the SC Bar – Real Estate Workshop, booking code 9629. Deadline for making reservations is June 10, 2014.  Reservations received after this date will only be filled on a space-and-rate available basis.
