About the Seminar
Still need those last minute hours (ethics and substance/mental health credit)?

On Tuesday, March 25, join S.C. Bar Risk Management Director, Jill Rothstein and Lawyers Helping Lawyers Assistant Beth Padgett as they discuss the convergence of attorney mental health/substance abuse problems with the ethical practice of law. “Nit, Grit and Wit” is an interactive and fun program designed to use skillfully woven hypothetical tales to teach ethics and increase sensitivity to mental and emotional health concerns in the profession. It takes attention, courage and wisdom to practice law with high ethical standards along with concern and compassion for your fellow lawyer.
