How to use the factors outlined in RPC 1.5 to determine a reasonable fee. Panel members will provide prospective from their particular practice areas; discussion to include hourly rates, flat fees, contingency fees, determining which of those is appropriate in your situation and ethical considerations concerning fees.

2:10 p.m.—Managing the Risk: Effective Communication with the Client: Including Arbitration Agreements in your Fee Contracts
Panel members will share practice tips from their experience, and methods to minimize the risk of fee disputes or ethical complaints, including using arbitration agreements or preferences for the fee dispute process in the fee agreement.
