About the Seminar
The South Carolina Bar CLE Division is pleased to present Business Literacy for the General Practitioner:
Recognizing and Capitalizing Intellectual Property. If you are a general practitioner or non-intellectual property attorney seeking to better understand when their clients have proprietary intellectual property, as well as issues associated with same then this seminar is for you. This seminar will help attorneys identify and inform clients when intellectual property issues present you possible benefits to the client’s business. As an added bonus Stuart Mauney will discuss The Lawyers Epidemic: Depression, Suicide & Substance Abuse, which qualifies for the required substance abuse/ mental health credit hour, as well as 1.0 LEPR credit hour.
