Admittedly most attorneys don’t do enough hiring to be experts and unfortunately, poor hiring practices is one of the biggest mistakes you can make in your firm. This workshop is a nuts and bolts discussion on how to minimize staff headaches, reduce turnover and get more from your current team. You will discover why most of the candidates you interview are unqualified to work for you, how to find great talent and how to dramatically increase your odds of selecting and keeping that talent. You will also learn the staffing secrets of successful sole practitioners from around  the country.
