This program is a must attend for those who practice or wish to practice in this area. Our keynote speaker this year is Professor Eric Schnapper, University of Washington School of Law. During the Supreme Court’s October 2010 term, Professor Schnapper argued three US Supreme Court cases on behalf of plaintiffs: Staub v. Proctor Hospital, Thompson v. North American Stainless, and Borough of Duryea, Pennsylvania v. Guarnieri. Professor Schnapper provides insight on arguing before the Supreme Court as well as his thoughts on where the Court is headed on labor and employment issues.
