Review changes in law that affect administrative law practice and promote better relations between Bar members and tribunals of government and regulatory agencies.
Committee Goals:
- Implement plans to sponsor a CLE at the Bar Convention.
- Monitor, study and make recommendations as appropriate to legislation and other public policy initiatives impacting administrative and regulatory law practice.
- Plan themes, topics and speakers for Committee meetings, including CLE credit if feasible, to encourage participation.
